What kind of clients do you work with?+
We work with brands, businesses and teams across a wide range of industries, from alcoholic beverages and financial services to healthcare and superfoods. What connects them is an appetite for work that is honest, evidence-led and built to go somewhere.
Do you work with businesses outside of South Africa and the Netherlands?+
Yes. We are remote by design and built to work without borders. Our clients span multiple continents and our team is distributed across the globe. Where you are based has never been a barrier to working with us.
Do you offer once-off projects or only ongoing retainers?+
Both. Some clients come to us for a specific audit, a training programme or a once-off strategy project. Others work with us on an ongoing basis. We are flexible about structure because the right model depends on what the work actually needs.
What makes Freerange different from a traditional agency?+
We are not trying to be a traditional agency. We are remote by design, distributed by choice, and we combine marketing science with creative instinct in a way that most agencies keep separate. We also work without the overhead of a large office, which means more of what you invest goes into the actual thinking.
Where does AI fit into what you do?+
AI is a tool in our kit, not a personality. We use it where it genuinely improves the work, whether that is in data processing, pattern recognition or content. We are also deliberate about where it should not lead, because human judgment still matters more, not less, in a world full of AI-generated everything.
